      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent home health experience for a day shift Home Health PT assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Home health setting with a focus on geriatric patients</li><li>Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the office, flexibility required</li><li>Average caseload is 5-7 patients per day</li><li>Uses HCHB EMR system and Oasis documentation, experience in both is required</li><li>Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 17:00</li><li>On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend</li><li>iPad provided for documentation</li><li>Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate</li><li>Main duties include evaluating and treating geriatric patients in their homes</li><li>Position requires flexibility with patient territory assignments</li><li>Scrubs of any color are required; jeans are not permitted</li><li>First-time travelers are welcome to apply</li><li>Mileage reimbursement provided for work travel within the assigned territory</li><li>Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate</li></ul>
