Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Location

Huntington, West Virginia

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12 hours
Shift times: 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Weekend coverage is expected every other weekend
No call

Role Details

Operating room nurse
Scrub preferred
Circulate required
Must be able to function across multiple service areas, including trauma, CVT, neurosurgery, orthopedics, cataracts, and ENT

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in West Virginia
Operating Room experience within the last year
1 year of Operating Room experience
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Compliance / Health Requirements

Background check required
Drug screen required within 30 days of start and updated annually
TB screening required
Physical exam required and updated annually
Seasonal flu vaccination required, with approved medical or religious exemptions only
COVID-19 seasonal vaccine required; declination form required if opting out
Tdap required within 10 years
Hepatitis B documentation required
Hepatitis A and Hepatitis C documentation required
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
