Job Description

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience after graduation (time during school before obtaining license does not count).
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS rate.
• Local candidates allowed at the same rate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Home Health setting.
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation.
