Job Description

• Position: MedSurg RN - Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor
• Start Date: 3 weeks from offer
• Schedule: Days; Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• RTO: Minimal to no requests for time off (must be included in submission)

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Skills:

  • FM-Intermediate
  • IV Start

• Experience:

  • Minimum of one year recent MedSurg experience required
  • Previous travel experience preferred

• Uniform: Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start and updated annually
• TB Testing: Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 30 days of start
• Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start
• Flu Vaccination: Required during flu season unless a medical/religious exemption is approved
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required for clearance, but proof of vaccination or exemption must be collected

Background Check

• Criminal Background Check: Required within 30 days of start and updated annually

References

• Two recent Supervisor/Manager level references required, verified within 12 months of start

Education Verification

• Proof of education required (Diploma or Transcript accepted)
