Location: Dover, New Hampshire

Job Details

12-week assignment
Work schedule: 36 hours per week, Wednesday through Saturday (specific shift times to be discussed during interview)
Must live more than 50 miles from Dover, NH

Required Credentials & Certifications

NH State License (Imaging Tech License)
ARRT CT Certification
BLS Certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred)
Current Fit Test for N95 respirator (within 365 days)
Influenza vaccine during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30)
TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days
MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
Criminal background check and related state/federal checks (including NH-specific checks)
Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)

Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
