Job Details

• Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating shifts

Required Credentials and Compliance

• Professional Credentials:

  • Valid RN license with primary source verification (NURSYS and Board of Nursing)
  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
  • Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above in skillset)
  • Skills checklist specific to the role
  • Criminal background check, Massachusetts CORI, SSN trace, national sex offender check, exclusion checks, and education verification as per facility requirements
• Certifications:

  • BLS and NRP certifications must be current and from approved organizations (AHA preferred)
• Health Requirements:

  • Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date
  • MGB Color Vision test within 365 days
  • MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
  • TB test (skin or blood test) within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
  • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
  • Optional but strongly preferred: Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof, Tdap vaccine within 10 years
• Training:

  • FEMA ICS 100 Training must be completed prior to onboarding
