Work Schedule
- Week 1:
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Week 2:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- License/Certification:
- ARRT certification required for MRI Technologist
- Valid professional license as required for the position (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some locations)
- Health and Safety Requirements:
- N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no onsite fit testing)
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 – April 30), no exemptions
- TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred
- Background Checks and Verifications:
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including Massachusetts CORI
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start date, updated annually
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid) within 30 days of start date, updated annually
- Social Security Number trace and education verification required
- Additional Documentation:
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
- Two recent professional references (minimum one supervisor or above)
- Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
- Confirmation of assignment form required for all initial assignments and extensions
