Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Post Partum experience within the last year
- 1 year of Post Partum experience
Onboarding Requirements
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, with annual updates
- TB screening documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit test is required for the skill
- Badge photo taken within the past 6 months
- Assignment/POI form
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Beeline attestation
- Candidate submission coversheet
Optional / Conditional Items
- Chest X-ray documentation is required if there is a positive TB test
- Name change documentation is needed if credential documents do not match the candidate’s legal name or profile
