Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery (Travel)

Job Details

  • Varicella: Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer, or declination accepted.
  • Tdap: Proof of vaccination within past 10 years or declination accepted.
  • Influenza Vaccine: Required from October to March unless medically or religiously exempted.
  • Drug Screen: 9 panel (minus THC), within 30 days of start, updated annually; rapid drug screen accepted.

Background and Compliance Checks

  • 7-year County and National Criminal Background Check, SSN Trace, Employment Verification (5 years), OFAC, NSO, and other federal/state exclusion lists within 30 days of start; updated every 3 years.
  • CHS OIG, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender, and Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List checks required within 30 days of start and updated monthly or annually as specified.
  • CHS Driving Record (optional if run with background, otherwise must be updated annually).
  • CHS Any DNS (Do Not Rehire/Send) attestation from prior 3 years.

Additional Requirements

  • Health Statement: Signed and dated within 1 year of start, stating ability to work without restrictions; updated annually.
  • Resume/Profile submission required.
  • Two professional references required, including at least one supervisory reference.
  • Skills Checklist: Clinical skill-specific checklist to be completed within 1 year of start.
  • Various CHS policy acknowledgments, dispute resolution agreements, confidentiality receipts, and assignment confirmations required.
  • Badge photo with specific guidelines (neutral background, no facial jewelry).
