Job Opportunity: RN Circulator for the OR

Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must have a minimum of 3 years recent full-time experience as an OR RN circulator in a high-volume hospital setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic procedures required.
• Candidates with less experience or requiring extensive onboarding will not be considered.
• Must provide verifiable references from previous experience.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced surgical environment and "hit the ground running."
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift (8 hours), based on department needs.
• Participation in call coverage for the main OR after normal business hours and on weekends is required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent full-time Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Demonstrated orthopedic experience.

Additional Information

• Must be able to participate in call coverage after hours and weekends.
• Extensive credentialing and onboarding requirements must be completed prior to start.
• Candidates must be prepared to provide all required documentation and verifications as part of the onboarding process.
