Shift: Day shift, four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), varied days
Additional Requirements: Weeknight and weekend call required with a 30-minute call-back time
Job Description
- Work as a Cath Lab Technologist on day shifts with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Must be available for weeknight and weekend on-call duties.
- Call-back response time is 30 minutes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Emergency Pediatric Life Support (EPLS) certification
Additional Notes
- Specialty competency exams and core competencies must be updated every 3 years.
- Skills checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually.
- Background checks and verifications must be updated annually or if there is a break in service longer than 90 days.
- Some onboarding forms and attestations are required prior to or at the start of the assignment.
- Professional documentation and verifications must be maintained and updated as required.
