Job Details
- Telemetry nursing position requiring 36 or 48 hour shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Easter holiday coverage required
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Current RN license in Florida with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
- Must pass Ascension EKG Exam with a minimum score of 80% (updated every 3 years)
- Annual Fit Test (respirator mask fit testing)
- Required vaccinations and health documentation including:
- MMR (two vaccines or positive titer, no declinations accepted)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine (seasonal, exemptions accepted with mask requirement)
- Varicella immunity or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
- Tdap vaccine (valid for 10 years, no declinations accepted)
- TB screening: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within 1 year, and annual TB questionnaire
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA within 90 days of start
- Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
