Patient population: Renal medical patients (peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis) and general medical patients
Patient age range: Young adult through late adult (18–60+)
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
Driver's License
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
Resume or profile
At least two professional references
