Job Opportunity: RN Case Manager

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

• Provide inpatient hospital case management as an RN Case Manager.
• May be required to float to nearby facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 1 year of case management experience, including experience within the last year.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Experience in an inpatient setting.
• Acute hospital case management experience.

Additional Requirements

• Completion of Epic electronic health record test-out and training checklist with signed attestation prior to assignment.
• Completion of color vision test prior to start and updated every 3 years.
• Skills checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually.
• Signed assignment agreement and confirmation of assignment documentation required.
• Badge photo with specific background requirements for onboarding.

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Contract length is 13 weeks.
• Floating to other nearby facilities may be required.
