Employment Type: Long Term (20-26 weeks commitment)

Job Description

• Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• For South Carolina candidates, a permanent license is required; compact license not accepted.
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year at this provider are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
• Previous traveler or perm/PRN work history older than one year requires eligibility verification.
• Equipment details and dress code information will be provided on the first day.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Washington

Additional Information

• Standard workweek: 32 hours during holiday weeks, 40 hours otherwise.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.
• No on-call duties.
• Notice period: 30 days.
