Location: Dallas, California
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: AM (Tuesday – Saturday, preferably 10 AM–7 PM or 11 AM–8 PM)

Provide hospice nursing care with a productivity expectation of 24-30 visits per week over a 40-hour workweek.
Conduct visits; may perform visits if no admissions are scheduled.
Coverage primarily in San Bernardino County, with possible travel within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
May be asked to assist in other territories within the service area as needed.
Overtime requires prior written approval from the Administrator.
Two weeks cancellation notice required.

Valid RN license in California
Minimum of 1 year of hospice nursing experience, including hospice experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
