Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.</li><li>Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required per client policy.</li><li>Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.</li><li>Experience with facility documentation systems and restorative nursing programs preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work within interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care preferred.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.</li><li>Shift Name: Days.</li><li>Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.</li><li>Shift Pattern: 5x8.</li><li>Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week as specified by client.</li><li>Contract Length: 13 weeks.</li></ul>
