Location

• Jackson, Michigan

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Base telemetry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient and family care and teaching
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the care team
• Help identify and implement solutions when patient goals are not being met

Additional Details

• May be asked to float to a lockdown unit
• May be required to float to an equal or lesser acuity assignment
