Job Opportunity: MRI Tech

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with call on Sunday (1 Sunday per month, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
Shift: See shift details (primarily weekdays with Sunday call rotation)
Patient Population: Adult, some geriatric
Equipment Used: GE Signa Voyager 1.5T MR30
Electronic Health Records (EHR): Meditech, Unity PACs, vRAD
Facility Size: 159 beds
Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center

Required Qualifications

MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
ARRT (MR) Certification
BLS Certification
Certification/licensure required to work as an MRI Tech in Tennessee
Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start
Professional demeanor and appearance (no torn or overly tight clothing)

Additional Information

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
Call requirement: Sunday rotation once per month
No float requirements

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully accredited, 159-bed Level III Trauma Center with a focus on quality healthcare delivery to the local community.
