Job Details

  • Specialty: Home Health Occupational Therapy
  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year, recent experience required
  • Patient Load: Average 5-7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
  • Types of Cases: Geriatric
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • On-call Requirement: Yes, every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory expected

  • Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
