Job Details

Specialty: Home Health Occupational Therapy
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year, recent experience required
Patient Load: Average 5-7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
Types of Cases: Geriatric
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
On-call Requirement: Yes, every 3rd to 4th weekend
Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory expected
