Job Description
- Registered Nurse position covering breast medical oncology.
- Must be ONCC chemotherapy certified.
- Oncology clinic experience preferred.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 1 year oncology experience, with oncology experience within the last year.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) or ONCC (Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

- Telemetry testing and competency exams as applicable.

- Facility-specific orientation and safety acknowledgments.
- Annual skills checklist and employment application required.
- Wisconsin BID form and caregiver screening mandatory prior to start.
