Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: San Leandro, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Float flexibility between outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Patient ratio approximately 1:9.
- Required skills include neuro, ortho, outpatient clinic experience, assistive devices, body mechanics, LTAC, pain assessment, vitals, documentation (assessment, discharge, evaluation, long-term goals, plan of care).
- Charge experience preferred.
- Accepts first-time travelers.
- One request for time off will be pre-approved upon booking.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in outpatient, clinic, and Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) settings.

- References required per agency policy.
