Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Travel/Contract)

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Shift: Night (4 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Work on a comprehensive overflow unit caring for medical-surgical patients.
Float to all care areas to care for multiple sclerosis (MS) patients.
Unit staffed by in-house hospitalist team; exposure to patients from all disciplines.
Every other weekend required.
Scrub color: Navy Blue.
Parking available onsite at no cost.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
