Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Coupeville, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Call: No call required
Floating: As needed within scope

Job Description

• Support both X-Ray and CT services while on duty
• Experience required in both CT and X-ray technology

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Radiology Technologist experience
• Certifications:

  • ARRT Radiography (R)
  • ARRT CT
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years
• Exclusion/sanction screenings (EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG) within 90 days of start
• Education verification or official transcripts/diploma with graduation date
• Washington State mandated WATCH search within 90 days of start
• Primary source verification of certifications and licenses

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask test within 1 year, updated annually (can be completed onsite if necessary)
• Immunizations or titers required:

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) or declination form
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years (declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B titer or vaccination/declination
  • Varicella titer or vaccination
• Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) within 12 months; chest X-ray if history of positive TB test
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination form (required for new starts starting 10/31)
• COVID vaccine series or declination
• 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start, including marijuana

Additional Requirements

• Two professional references within 3 years of start
• Annual skills checklist and competency exams as applicable
• Clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Facility-specific job description review and signature prior to start
