Work Schedule

• 8-hour days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• No call, float, or weekend requirements

Patient Population

• Adolescents and adults
• High-risk pregnancy clinic patients (e.g., Fetal Echo, AMA, TVCL, Growth, Anatomy, Level II, BPP)

Job Responsibilities & Skills

• Perform ultrasound scans related to high-risk obstetrics and maternal fetal medicine
• Daily average of 5-8 scans
• Required fetal ultrasound skills include:

  • Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Fingers/Toes, Gender, Head & Heart
• Required OB/GYN ultrasound skills include:

  • 1st to 3rd trimester assessments, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Fetal Echo, Inter/Intra-Orbital Measurements, Multiple pregnancy, Nuchal Translucency Screen, Placenta Previa, Umbilical Cord Doppler
• Special procedures: Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
• Equipment used: GE Voluson E10 ultrasound machine
• Unit systems: Epic & Viewpoint

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS certification
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in maternal fetal medicine sonography
• Experience as an OB technician

Orientation & Other Details

• Orientation schedule varies per clinic needs; missing any portion may delay or cancel start
• Start dates may be Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week; full availability required during orientation
• Scrubs are not provided; black scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days of time off allowed after booking (RTO not allowed onsite or worked out)
