Ambulatory Care RN

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift, 4x10 hours
  • Start times: 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM
  • No on-call
  • Weekend rotation

Role Summary

  • Provides assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in an acute patient setting
  • Responsible for direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care
  • Works with patients, families/support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Ambulatory Care (2 years of experience)
  • Ambulatory Care experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Telemetry experience
  • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
