Ambulatory Care RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
13-week assignment
Day shift, 4x10 hours
Start times: 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM
No on-call
Weekend rotation

Role Summary

Provides assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in an acute patient setting
Responsible for direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care
Works with patients, families/support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ambulatory Care (2 years of experience)
Ambulatory Care experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Telemetry experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
