Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
One weekend day per month required (weekend shift replaces a weekday shift)
No on-call requirements

Job Description

Floating as a case manager to any inpatient unit
Acute hospital experience required
Epic electronic health record experience required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of Acute Care Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Additional Notes

Locals accepted with no change in pay rate
Candidate must complete facility-specific documents and agreements prior to start
Modules for certain units (e.g., MedSurg/Telemetry, CCU, ED/ER) must be completed prior to floor assignment
Physical exam and drug testing do not expire unless there is a 30-day gap in assignment
