Location: Billings, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
Experience
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Required years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for specialty (no lower value given)

Licenses & Certifications

Background Checks & Verifications
- 7-year background check required within 30 days of start; must be renewed annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
- Education verification (3rd party) to confirm minimum education requirements
- Employment application covering 7 years of employment with explanations for gaps >30 days
- References: 2 required, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year
- Employment verification preferred for last 5 years
Health & Safety Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, stating good health and ability to perform job duties
- Quantitative fit test with 3M mask within 90 days prior to start (annual renewal required)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray, renewed annually
- TB questionnaire if past positive TB, renewed annually
- Required immunizations or proof of immunity:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Drug testing: Negative drug screen within 30 days of start, renewed annually
- Seasonal flu vaccination/documentation required during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31), with exemptions accepted
- COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption required
