Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology Travel Position

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)
Shift: 4x10 hour night shifts (Thursday - Saturday)
1st Time Travelers: Not accepted

Years of Experience Required: 1 year (minimum)
Prior Travel Experience Required: No indication that prior travel experience is required
Certifications Required:
- ARRT (MR)
- BLS
State License: Must hold a valid Washington state radiology license
EMR System: Epic experience preferred

Required Credentials & Compliance

Background Checks:
- 7-year search including SSN trace, counties/states lived/worked, federal and national criminal checks
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks before start and every 45 days thereafter
- Social Security verification required
- Education verification or acceptable transcripts/diploma
- Washington State Patrol check within 90 days prior to start (for WA placements)
Certifications:
- ACLS (required for ICU, ER, PCU, Cath Lab, PACU, Tele, Respiratory Therapists)
- PALS (required for PICU, ER, PACU)
- NRP (required for NICU, Nursery, Antepartum, Postpartum, Labor & Delivery)
- CHEMO (required for Oncology)
- TNCC (required for ER; preferred for ICU)
- EFM (required for L&D, Mother-Baby/Postpartum, Nursery)
- NIH Stroke Certification (required for ED, Cath Lab, ICU, CV Surgery, MS/Tele, Neurology, Techs)
- State licensure verification required within 30 days of start
Competencies:
- Color Blind Testing required (not required for non-clinical candidates)

Orientation & Training Requirements

Must complete PeaceHealth Orientation Manual and Orientation Information Quiz with a 100% score prior to start
Must complete applicable PeaceHealth Orientation Module based on profession (Radiology/Imaging included) with a 100% score prior to start
Must review PeaceHealth Daily Responsibilities, Masking Policy, Personnel Restrictions Due to Illness Policy, and MyTime Resources prior to start

Health & Immunization Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start (not required for non-clinical candidates)
Fit mask test within 1 year and updated annually (required for onsite candidates)
Full Tdap vaccine or declination required (remote workers may decline)
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (annual renewal not required)
Required immunizations or proof of immunity/declinations for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
Drug testing within 30 days of start (includes multiple panels; marijuana testing not required for Washington candidates)
Flu vaccine or approved declination required during flu season (11/01 – 03/31)
COVID-19 vaccine religious exemption forms required if applicable
Respiratory Safety Clearance required for onsite candidates, updated annually

References & Employment Verification

Two references from Charge RN or higher within the last 3 years, covering at least 1 year in specialty
Verification of last 7 years of employment with proof of 1 year in specialty
