Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (CT Tech) - Oklahoma City, OK

Position Details

• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM (3x12 night shifts)
• On-call Required: Yes
• Floating: Yes, clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities
• Block Schedule Accommodation: No
• Local Radius Rule: Candidate's address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility
• Locals Accepted: No
• Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: No more than 5 days of RTO accepted

Experience & Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 2 years in Radiology, specifically CT
• First-timers Accepted: Yes
• Experience Required: Radiology, CT, relevant equipment experience, GE equipment experience preferred
• Certifications/Licenses:

  • Graduate from AMA-approved RT program
  • ARRT (R)(CT) certification
  • BLS certification
• Pending State License: Not accepted

Documentation & Compliance Requirements

• Driver's License & Utility Bill: Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID required; utility bill in candidate's name with matching address within last 3 months; address must be >75 miles from facility.
• Background Checks: 7-year criminal background check, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, OFAC sanctions list, fingerprinting (if applicable), education verification, state-specific searches.
• Health Documents:

  • Physical exam within 1 year stating good health and no physical limitations
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
  • Immunizations: Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap, Hepatitis A (if applicable)
  • Drug testing: Negative 10-panel drug screen including marijuana (required within 30 days prior to start)
  • Flu vaccination required annually or approved exemption
  • COVID vaccination strongly preferred; declinations accepted with agency form
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (if applicable to unit)
  • BLS (required for all positions)
  • Other certifications as applicable (PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, NIH Stroke Certification, CPI for Behavioral Health)
• Competency Exams: Unit-specific competency exams required, including medication test, dysrhythmia/EKG, core parts I-III, behavioral competency exam.
• Facility Specific Requirements:

  • Patient Care Orientation Class (Skills) mandatory for RNs
  • EPIC charting experience required; EPIC class required if no experience within 6 months
  • Fit testing for N95 masks completed onsite prior to or on first day
  • Vehicle information form must be completed prior to start
  • Various policy acknowledgments and agreements must be completed prior to start (e.g., Code of Ethical Business Conduct, Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy, Oklahoma Offender Registration Act)

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Floating to sister facilities is expected.
