Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Greeley, Colorado
Specialty: Registered Nurse (Preop PACU)
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Work Schedule & Setting

4 days per week, varied schedule
Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (varying times)
No weekends required
No on-call, no nights, no weekends
Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required
Block scheduling may be accommodated depending on requested days
Outpatient surgery center setting only

ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred

National Tech Certification as applicable
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)

Health & Immunization Requirements

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (with specific policies for past positives)
Proof of immunity or vaccination for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (titer, declination, or vaccine series)
- Varicella (titer, vaccines, or history of chickenpox)
9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start
Seasonal Flu Vaccination or Declination (required during flu season Oct 1 – Mar 31)
