Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (ICU) - Travel/Contract

Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: 3x12 hour night shifts

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel/contract position. The role requires current certifications and state licensure ready at the time of assignment start.

Requirements

Licensure & Certifications

Current Pennsylvania RN license (must have license in hand at start)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (front and back of card required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
NIH Stroke Certification (must be updated annually)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification required for ER & Behavioral Health units

Experience

Specialty: Registered Nurse in ICU

- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B (vaccine series, positive titer, or signed declination)
Negative 15-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Seasonal flu vaccination/documentation required during flu season (Oct 1 - Apr 1); declinations accepted

Competencies & Exams

Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (minimum 80% or meet/exceed Angoff score)
