Schedule

• Day shift, 5x8 hours
• 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Weekend coverage every 3rd weekend
• Call rotation is once every three weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ARRT (N)
• CNMT
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

• Government issued photo ID required
• E-Verify required
• Background check required, including a 7-year search within 1 year of start and annual updates
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required annually
• HHS/OIG required annually
• Education verification required
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement required annually
• State license verification required
• Tech cert verification - national required as applicable
• Competency exam required as applicable, with a score of 80% or above
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable, with a score of 80% or above
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 72 hours of signing contract
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Drug Testing, Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation, and COVID requirements apply
• 2026-2027 flu declination required for candidates declining flu vaccine
• Skills checklist required annually
• Attestation of prior radiation exposure required for X-ray Techs, CT Techs, and Nuclear Medicine Techs
