Experience with Epic
7-year background check required within 6 months of start
Sex Offender Search required within 90 days of start
FACIS Level 3 search required within 2 weeks of start and monthly after start
Employment application must include full 7 years of work history with no gaps
Work history verification must cover up to 7 years and explain any gaps over 30 days
Unit-specific skills checklist required
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year of start
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start
TB screening questionnaire within 90 days of start
Negative TB test or chest x-ray required
Tdap required within 10 years of start
Flu vaccination or approved declination required during flu season
