Overview

• Travel/contract role in Modesto, California
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Weekend requirement: every other Saturday/Sunday
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No RTO will be approved from May through August

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Experience / Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• 7-year background check
• Sex offender search within 90 days of start
• FACIS Level 3 search within 2 weeks of start, then monthly
• EPLS/GSA/SAM search
• HHS/OIG search
• California Medi-Cal search if FACIS III cannot be run
• Employment application must include full 7-year work history with no gaps
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• TB screening questionnaire within 90 days of start
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 90 days of start
• Drug screen within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccination documentation during flu season
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Color vision screening if applicable
• Respiratory safety clearance
• References required by the staffing process
• Review and sign required onboarding documents before start
