Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of five years of experience in radiologic technology
At least two years of experience working in an educational setting
Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience in radiography following initial ARRT certification
Valid Radiology Technologist license in California
Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Current, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography, R(R)
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Valid driver’s license
Working knowledge of JRCERT Standards related to clinical education, including site recognition, preceptor qualifications, student supervision ratios, and competency requirements

Coordinate clinical education for radiography students
Manage clinical site recruitment, affiliation agreements, student assignments, competency evaluations, and preceptor development
Enforce student supervision policies and competency requirements
Maintain clinical education records and documentation
Support accreditation, outcomes assessment, and program compliance
Participate in didactic or laboratory instruction as assigned

Combination of office-based administrative work and travel to affiliated clinical education sites
Must be able to access radiology suites, procedural rooms, and related support areas
May require occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and off-campus site visits
Must meet physical and health clearance requirements imposed by affiliated clinical sites

Full medical clearance is required for all candidates, including onsite, hybrid, and remote status
Background check, drug screen, TB clearance, immunization documentation, physical exam, fit mask testing, and other onboarding items are required before start
