Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Maryland
- Physical Therapy Assistant (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
- Orthopedic experience
- Personal Injury experience
- State license verification
- National tech certification, as applicable
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Competency exam, as applicable
- Physical exam
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Rubeola immunity or documentation
- Mumps immunity or documentation
- Rubella immunity or documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity or documentation
- Varicella immunity or documentation
- Negative 9-panel drug screen
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- References within 3 years of start

- PALS
Assignment Details
- 12–14 patients per day
- Full support staff at each location, including front office and PT aides/techs
- FDI provided before the assignment start date
- First day includes meeting the staff, EMR introduction, shadowing treatments, and treating a few patients
