PT Acute Care Hospital

Overview

Travel/Contract position in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Provides Acute IP coverage and potentially IRU coverage
Monday shift is 9:30 AM–6:00 PM and may run later when supporting ER/total joint surgeries
Tuesday–Friday shift is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend coverage is anticipated for 4 weekends, with a weekday off if a weekend is worked

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Iowa
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Certifications and Competencies

ACLS is required for RNs in certain units, but no RN unit requirement is stated for this role
PALS is required for RNs in certain units, but no RN unit requirement is stated for this role
NRP is required for Nursery, NICU, and L&D RNs, but no RN unit requirement is stated for this role
TNCC is required for ER RNs, but no ER RN requirement is stated for this role
