Role: Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8-hour days (Note: 4x10s or 3x12s are not accommodated)
Patient Ratios: 1:1 (may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
Experience Required: 1 year of skilled home health experience
First-Timers Accepted: No
Weekend Requirement: No
Certifications Required: BCLS
On-Call Requirement: No
Floating Requirement: No
Local Candidates Accepted: Yes (within 50-75 mile radius)
Pending License Accepted: Yes
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period

Transportation: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
Client Grouping: The system minimizes drive and windshield time, with occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
Oasis Experience: Preferred but not required.

Documentation Requirements:
- Various certifications and background checks are required, including but not limited to ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and others as applicable.
- A physical exam within 1 year of start is required, signed by a qualified medical professional.
