Overview

Temp assignment in Sioux City, Iowa
13-week contract
Days shift, 12 hours per day
Gen Med patients
Patient ratios: 1:4-5 days, 1:5-6 nights
NBO: 16 hours
Navy Blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
Experience with Epic
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or US Military
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Preferred

Heparin drip experience
BLS from AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted

Additional Details

First-time traveler okay
May float within the same discipline across local campuses
Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day
Limit of 1 day request off between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27
Local candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Employee separation policy applies to certain past employees of UPH
