Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Electrophysiology Lab (EP) (Days)
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours
- Required to float to a nearby facility when needed
- Orientation dates available
- Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC (CUPID preferred)
- Call back and on-call pay multipliers apply
Specialty & Experience Requirements
- Specialty: Electrophysiology (EP)
- Minimum 2 years (24 months) of recent experience in Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR (whichever is higher)
- Skills checklist specific to Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR required
- Prior travel experience is not required but is desired
Licenses & Certifications
- Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate license required at time of submission
- Valid Driver’s License required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Additional Information
- Professional references or performance evaluations within the last 24 months preferred
- Experience with Cardiac Cath lab preferred
- Travel experience is a plus but not mandatory
