Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical – Nights
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Straight nights)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide safe, competent, and individualized nursing care for medical/surgical patients.
- Interpret medical care plans and assess patients’ clinical conditions.
- Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
- Record vital signs, medical information, and report changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient responses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 3 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
