Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), on-call required
- Manager may also consider 3x12 hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Required Credentials & Certifications
- BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
- ARRT Certification
- Professional License (Primary source verification required; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)
- Fit Test (N95 respirator fit test within 365 days, updated annually)
- MMR Vaccination or Immunity Proof
- Influenza Vaccine (required during flu season, no exemptions)
- TB Test (skin test or blood test within 3 months, updated if >6 month break)
- Health Statement (physician-signed within 365 days, updated if >6 month break)
- Criminal Background Check (within 45 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break)
- Massachusetts CORI Background Check (within 30 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break)
- Resume (past 7 years of work experience, including city & state)
- References (2 recent, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset)
- Skills Checklist (required for submission)
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)
- Education Verification (highest level verified through background check)
- SSN Trace (addresses/aliases for past 7 years)
