Echocardiography Technician

Required Qualifications

Echo Technician (3 years of experience)
Echo Technician experience within the last year
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Criminal background check results are required for onboarding, including federal, county, national, and statewide checks with OIG, NSO, and GSA/SAM searches, and all aliases.
First look orientation packet must be completed and uploaded before start.
Non-employee confidentiality agreement must be signed before start.
Employment verification for the last 5 years is required.
COVID and flu policy form must be completed annually.
Confirmation of assignment is required.
Badge photo is required for all skills.
Occ health request for clearance form is required upon acceptance of offer.

Optional

Positive PPD / negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire, if there is a history of positive PPD or TB blood test.
