• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Estimated work week: 36 hours, with possible overtime

Role Summary

• Provides nursing care to geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, and telemetry patients.
• Positions are available on the Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit.
• Traveler must self-study telemetry strips before start and pass a basic dysrhythmia test during the first week to work on the telemetry/med surg unit.
• Candidate may be asked to float to other campuses.
• May occasionally be placed on call during low census and must be able to arrive on-site within one hour if called in.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS
• NIH Certification
• CPI/MOAB
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic
