Overview

Location: Austin, Texas
Employment type: Long-term assignment
Contract length: 12 weeks
Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Role summary: Provides direct nursing care, monitors and communicates patient condition, coordinates care across disciplines, and assists with discharge planning. Also trains as a relief charge nurse and provides critical response support to the med/surg department.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
TNCC
NIH Certification
CPI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
