Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
Must hold a valid license appropriate for Cath Lab Technician in Georgia
BLS (American Heart Association certification) required for all direct patient care personnel
Fit Test
10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster or approved exemption)
Influenza Vaccine (proof or approved exemption)
MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start)
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive, per regional requirements
Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)

License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
Various professional forms and agreements including confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest, and integrity/audit services forms
Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal checks (last 7 years), SSN verification, EPLS, OIG, NSO, and education verification
Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
System access form completed one week before start
CORE exam within the last year
