Cath Lab Technician - Georgia, Athens

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
  • Must hold a valid license appropriate for Cath Lab Technician in Georgia
  • BLS (American Heart Association certification) required for all direct patient care personnel
  • Fit Test
  • 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start, no THC)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (proof of booster or approved exemption)
  • Influenza Vaccine (proof or approved exemption)
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
  • Hepatitis B (must have started vaccination series prior to start)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive, per regional requirements
  • Varicella (proof of vaccination or IgG titer)
  • Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)

Onboarding Requirements

  • License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
  • Various professional forms and agreements including confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest, and integrity/audit services forms
  • Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal checks (last 7 years), SSN verification, EPLS, OIG, NSO, and education verification
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
  • System access form completed one week before start
  • CORE exam within the last year
