Radiology Technician - Columbus, Ohio

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM), every other weekend

Job Description

Seeking a Radiology Technician for day shifts with weekend rotation.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide documentation and complete the following prior to start:

Fit Test
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if TB positive (per regional guidelines)
COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved declination/exemption)
MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer
Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of initiation required)
Influenza Vaccine or approved declination/exemption
Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
Specialty Specific Competency Testing (completed within the last year)
Color Vision test

Professional & Background Checks

Resume and skills checklist (within one year)
Two professional references
Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
EPLS, GSA/OIG exclusion checks (within 30 days)
Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
Confidentiality and Security Agreement
Code of Conduct Form
Integrity and Audit Services Form
Joint Commission CORE Exam (within one year)
NSO check (within 30 days)
System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
License/Certificate verification (dated within 30 days of start)
Standard I9 form completed by agency

This position requires compliance with all listed health, professional, and legal documentation prior to onboarding.
