Overview

• 13-week contract
• 3x12 schedule, 7p-7a
• Weekend and holiday rotation
• Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous nursing experience

Role Summary

• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning
• Performs comprehensive assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
• Delegates and oversees patient care activities, supports discharge teaching, and participates in quality improvement activities
