Minimum Requirements 
<ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.</li><li>Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.</li><li>Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.</li><li>Experience with outpatient-type modalities and documentation for SNF populations preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care and post-acute patients.</li></ul>
